What do you need from us on site?
Standard power near each machine location and a clear, roped-off spot to stage them. We handle everything else. If power is a problem at your location, tell us early and we will plan around it.
How large a crowd can you cover?
One machine covers a gathering-sized area such as a small square or a courtyard. Larger footprints get multiple machines placed across the space so the snow reads as snowfall everywhere, not a plume in one corner. Tell us your expected head count and the layout and we will size it.
Does it make the ground slippery?
It does not pile up, so there is nothing to slip on the way real snow gets. On a smooth surface like sealed concrete it can leave things a little damp, so we plan placement around that and your Elite Pro keeps an eye on it. On grass, mulch, and rough pavement it is a non-issue.
Are you insured, and can we get a certificate?
Yes. We carry full liability coverage and will provide a certificate of insurance for your records. If your municipality or venue has specific requirements, send them over when you book and we will work through them with you.
How far ahead should we book a December date?
As early as you can. Tree lightings and holiday events cluster into the same handful of evenings, so late-season dates go first. Summer and shoulder-season events are much more flexible.
What happens if the weather turns?
Wind is the one that matters, because it decides where the snow drifts. We plan placement around it and adjust on the day to keep the snow over your crowd. If weather forces you to cancel or postpone, tell us as early as you can and we will work with you on the date.
Can you time the snow to our lighting cue?
That is our favorite version of this. We set the cue with you in advance and your Elite Pro runs it live, watching your ceremony rather than a stopwatch. Snow starts the second your tree does.
How does pricing work for a public event?
Community Events start at $1,095 for two or more hours, and scale from there with run time, number of machines, and the size of your footprint. Send us the date, location, and expected crowd and we will come back with a clear all-in quote.
